To put on your Cachou breast covers, use a special glue (sold separately), such as Sigvaris roll-on glue. Once positioned, hold your sensual nippies firmly in place so that they stick to your skin. You can also use a hairdryer set on cold air to speed up the process.

To remove your nipple covers, moisten them with soapy water so they come off. Rinse them off and then lay your charming accessories flat and let them dry.
