PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
In the event that the consumer opts for a payment by credit card, he will be directed to the secure server of the said banking establishment in order to proceed with the payment in a secure manner. The bank details (credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram) of the consumer are therefore at no time in the possession of the company SARL LUXXA; their conservation and the maintenance of their integrity are therefore the responsibility of the banking establishment.
In accordance with the provisions of article L 132-2 of the monetary and financial code, the commitment to pay with a payment card is irrevocable. By communicating their bank card number and the above information, the customer authorizes LUXXA to debit their credit card for the total amount of the order including all taxes (delivery costs included).
The "3D Secure" authentication procedure (also called "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode"), which guarantees optimal security during online purchases by verifying the identity of the card user, can be activated. The authentication methods are specific to each bank: you may be asked to enter personal data (such as a date of birth), to enter a code received by SMS or to authenticate on your banking application or even to answer a personal question, . Once the payment has been validated by the consumer on the secure server of the banking establishment, he has the possibility of returning to the site www.luxxa-boutique.fr.
After validation of your payment, you will receive an electronic payment receipt at the e-mail address mentioned in your order, with the merchant header LUXXA (this name will be mentioned on your bank account statement).
PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL
The consumer must comply with the conditions of use present on www.paypal.com in order to be able to make purchases on www.luxxa-boutique.fr. The consumer acknowledges and accepts that in case of payment by Paypal, the amount of his payment will be cashed at the time of validation of his order.
Paypal offers the right to offer payment in 4x free of charge for purchases of 30 to 2,000 EUR, only for Customers residing in France.

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days to give up your credit. The lender is PayPal (Europe) S.àrl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.
PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS WITH ALMA
The Seller offers its Customers the Alma credit service for the settlement of their purchases and the execution of payment. This is conditional on the Customer's acceptance of the T&Cs or the credit agreement offered by Alma.
Payment in installments is available through our partner Alma. Payment security is provided by Alma and its service providers.
How it works ?
- Choose Alma at checkout. You can pay in 2x and 3x
- Simply enter your bank details as for a classic payment.
- The validation of your order is instantaneous.
- You will then receive an email with the payment schedule and a reminder 3 days before each due date.
Conditions of eligibility :
- This type of payment is available for all orders between 99€ and 2000€
- Customers with a bank card and a telephone number from the following countries can benefit from the payment solution in installments: France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands Bas and Portugal.
- Visa, MasterCard and Amex cards issued in France are accepted
- Prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards are not accepted.
All payments are protected by 3D Secure.
Any refusal by Alma to grant credit for an order may result in the cancellation of the order.
Amount of purchases
- P2X: Only purchases between €99 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
- P3X: Only purchases between €99 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
Costs
By paying in installments with Alma, the Customer pays fees.
- P2X: 0.78% per transaction
- P3X: 1.57% per transaction
Alma is the electronic payment manager and issues an electronic certificate which will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the Civil Code.
Termination
Any termination of the T&Cs which bind the Seller and the customer, entails the termination of the T&Cs between Alma and the customer.
